台中市刑大偵六隊循線監控，日前逮捕中部知名「送貨到府」的陳姓藥頭，在車內查獲海洛因及安非他命等毒品，後車廂則推秒殺放大量家當。警方調查，陳男因積欠數萬債務而跑路，平常以車為家，逃亡期間還與36歲李姓女子交往，陳妻得知丈夫外遇，還向她借2萬元還債，氣得在警局飆罵陳男。
警方調查，42歲陳姓男子已婚育2子，因沒錢買毒，向上游藥頭借數萬元買毒，欠下一屁股債，陳男拋下妻子與小孩四處逃逸，並在后里和太平區販毒，只要藥腳一通電話，立刻「送貨到府」。
警方跟監多日，3日下午5時許在太平區中平路逮捕陳男與李女，兩人都有毒品前科，去年12月開始以車同居。警方在車內查獲海洛因9.58公克及安非他命6.55公克，陳男坦承販毒，李女則矢口否認。警方訊後依毒品罪嫌將2人移送法辦。
